When you are working as a consultant for multiple companies, or you want to fully isolate content for different legal entities of your company. Using our single user, multi workspace access system you can quickly switch between workspace to change context. 

TIP
Did you know that you can keep a "Master document" in one workspace, and link it to multiple other workspaces allowing it to be updated only in one place. This is explained in more detail under Moving and linking documents

ATTENTION
Users logged in using SSO SAML can only switch to other workspaces that have been configured with the same identity provider
